Vacuum chamber for pharmaceutical sector

We are finishing the qualification of a customized project for a pharmaceutical client in Spain, following its own requirements to adapt the chamber to their needs.

That vacuum chamber has been designed to detect potential leak on their products. A certain vacuum is achieved in order to force the liquid solution into going out of the close container (bottles in that case).

Such a project has been developed using high quality material with stringent quality protocols.

The vacuum chamber manufactured in Stainless steel has the following dimensions: 1.900mm width x 2.600mm depth x 2.000mm high. The door is horizontal sliding type, activated by a motoreducer. In terms of instrumentation, several sensors have been installed like pressure transducer, pressure switches, photocells or limit switches....

A SCADA system has been installed for supervision.

In addition to the design, manufacturing and commissioning, Inoxtorres together with RSD® have delivered a large quantity of documentation like component technical specifications, CE certificates, material certificates, user manual, hydraulic test,.... They are part of a full documentation file that we issue to the customer.
