Pure Steam Generators

The pure steam generators are usually used in pharmaceutical industries, where clean processes such as sterilization or product reaction are required.

Electrical Pure Steam Generators

Those generators use to be cylindrical and horizontal designed. Electrical resistances heat the purified water coming from the Inverse osmosis device (or similar). They are manufactured with AISI 316L stainless steel, and they use first brands for safety instrumentation. The generators are thermally insulated with mineral wool coupled with aluminum cladding. They are also controlled by PLC and HMI system for automatic steam supply.

Steam heated Pure steam generators

Those generators are considered as improved design according to GMP recommendations. The pressure vessel is a vertical column which is divided into two sections: the heat exchanger in the lower part and the evaporation chamber at the upper part. The column is made of stainless steel AISI 316L, thermally insulated with mineral wool and exterior protected with aluminum cladding. The heat exchanger is of Double Tube Sheet type (DTS) in order to prevent cross contamination from plant steam to the process water in case of leak. Process pipes are also installed in AISI 316L stainless steel, and orbital welding is used as well as sanitary connections like Tri-Clamp.
